All orders are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated and agreed with the customer, timescales given are an estimate only.
UK First Class Delivery:
Shipping Option Timescale: 1 - 3 working days (Mon-Fri)
The customer has the option to choose this delivery system however Enchanted Locks recommends and may enforce Recorded Delivery for orders over £20 due to the security, insurance and compensation which it provides.
UK Recorded Delivery (Signed For):
Shipping Option Timescale: 1 - 2 working days (Mon-Fri)
This shipping option has added security for your order compared to standard first class delivery. Royal mail will ask for a signature to be provided on delivery and a copy of the signature can be issued. In the event your order is lost in the post, we are issued with a reference tracking number, so that we can trace it through royal mails website and either retrieve it from where it is being kept or get you a refund for a maximum of £36.00 (if your order equates to more than this amount please choose special delivery where you can claim compensation of upto £500). We reserve the right to refuse to send orders out by this means of shipping if your order equates to more than £36.00 and you must pay the extra costs to have it sent by Special Delivery for security and compensation issues.
UK Special Delivery Next Day (Signed For):
Shipping Option Timescale: 99% Guaranteed Next Day (Mon-Fri)
This option has the same security as
Recorded Delivery but also has the added bonus of Next Day Delivery and higher compensation for more expensive orders (upto £500), We highly recommend this delivery option if you order is over £36.00.
Europe & Worldwide Airmail Delivery:
Shipping Option Timescale: 3 - 7 working days (Mon-Fri)
This delivery option will be sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail and is not trackable therefore there is no tracking number.
Europe & Worldwide International Signed For Delivery:
Shipping Option Timescale: 3 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
This option has extra insurance of which includes tracking numbers and a signature must be obtained when choosing this option upon delivery.
Europe & Worldwide Surface Mail:
Shipping Option Timescale: 3-12 weeks
This delivery option will be sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail and is not trackable therefore there is no tracking number.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping too. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and after you have entered your billing address and before you enter your payment details. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Royal Mails annual rise.
Ordering & Dispatch
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all orders recieved before 3pm in most cases will be dispatched the same day, any orders recieved after 3pm will not be dispatched untill the next working day.
Returns
Damaged Items
If you find your product(s) are damaged upon arrival you must retain all original packaging and notify us as soon as possible by email to sales@enchantedlocks.com before you return it, and the original packaging. We must be made aware of any damaged product(s) within a reasonable time.
Unwanted Products
In the event of any unwanted product(s) you may return it/them
unopened and unused without the seals or bands broken or removed within 7 working days.
However, hair, wigs and hair extensions are personal items and therefore for health and hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Refunds
We will fully inspect all product(s) before making a decision on any exchange or refund and reserve the right to refuse to accept a return that we consider is not faulty, not in a satisfactory condition, or damaged by yourself due to misuse and/or not following the correct instructions on use of the product(s).
If we do accept your return you can expect your refund or replacement product(s) within approximately 7 working days after we receive your unwanted, faulty or damaged product(s)
